Tillicoultry Quarries is a successful and fast-growing family-owned quarrying company and major supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready-mixed concrete, mortar, render and sports sand to the building and road construction industry. We operate in over 34 sites throughout Central Scotland, the North-East of England and East Anglia.
Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Regional Director responsible for the overall leadership and performance of our Asphalt, Concrete, Sand and Gravel and Recycling sites based in the East Anglia region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Managing Director the successful candidate will drive business development, enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with our shared objectives while fostering a strong health and safety culture.
Leading our operations team to ensure that health and safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Through adherence to all health and safety standards and best practice maintaining a strong health and safety culture.
To provide leadership and development to all our teams to enable us to continue to drive the business forward ensuring alignment with shared objectives across the wider business.
To provide support and coaching to our teams to maintain a positive working environment which enables the attraction, recruitment and retention of talent into the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external and regulatory bodies.
Drive performance across key KPI’s to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ease of communication and effective decision making.

The Regional Director will be a strong leader with an ability to motivate their teams. You must have a proven track record in delivering a strong health and safety culture, driving performance and be able to demonstrate an ability to improve individual performance and develop talent.
