Supervising Safety in Extractives & Processing Industries - Midlands

Two-day course from MP Skills which will provide course members with: an increased awareness of general health and safety management; the confidence to communicate effectively with others on safety issues; the knowledge and skills to supervise safety in quarries and operational environments; the confidence to handle difficult people, conflict and tricky situations; to create and promote worker engagement to improve workplace safety; be able to identify and correct unsafe behaviours.

The course provides some of the underpinning health and safety knowledge for the QCF in Health, Safety and Environmental Management in the extractive and mineral processing industries.
