Quarry Regulations and ACoP - Scotland

Two-day course designed for people who are responsible for or interested in the application of the Quarries Regulations and need a basic introduction to both the Regulations and Approved Code of Practice (ACoP). The course will provide attendees with an understanding of the Regulations, ACoP and Guidance and their legal status. Attendees will be able to understand and become familiar with the structure of the Regulations and ACoP in respect of inspections at surface mineral operations and plants, be able to navigate the Regulations and ACoP in detail and be able to find and understand the information required within a quarrying and mineral extracting environment.
