Effective Management of Hauliers - Midlands

Two-day course from MP Skills for anyone responsible for, or who is involved in, the mangement of hauliers and requires an understaing of working or overseeing drivers. Attendees will receive: an overview of the role of hauliers/drivers within the sector; a basic awareness of legislation; an understanding of a day in the life of a road haulier; tips to know what to look for; skills to confidently deal and communicate effectively with hauliers; create a positive working relationship with the haulier community.
