I’m keeping this month's blog very simple. IMG have recently undertaken some training with a company in the South East and we developed a toolbox talk and a guide for employees on things to consider as we go into winter.

Poor lighting, icy conditions, high winds, what to wear, starting up mobile plant and driving on the roads are all covered in simple terms.
