TWS project management service

Terex Washing Systems introduce ‘4Site’ project-management service for customers and distributors

TEREX Washing Systems (TWS) have introduced ‘4Site’ – a new project-management service to specifically aid customers and distributors with the installation of TWS equipment.

Providing a choice of three tailored packages (Silver, Gold or Platinum), the comprehensive management service is said to provide enhanced, reliable and efficient levels of support during every step of a TWS installation.

Austin Carey, managing director of Blue Machinery (Scotland) Ltd, said: ‘The introduction of this new project-management service is a very positive approach by TWS which can only help strengthen the brand’s position in the global marketplace.

‘Furthermore, we are delighted, as a distributor, to be able to offer such a comprehensive management service, providing a turnkey solution to our customers.’

TWS director Sean Loughran commented: ‘The response to the introduction of ‘4Site’ from our global distributor network has been incredible and distributors are excited about offering the service to their customers.’

‘4Site’ project manager Garry Stewart, said: ‘We believe that rapid, qualified and effective support is crucial in meeting end-users needs, letting distributors deliver on their promises and developing long-term customer relationships, which is exactly what ‘4Site’ will offer.’

TWS are offering three tailored service management packages with a common theme centred on effective and efficient communication throughout the process. The Silver package is complementary with all TWS machines and ensures simplification of the installation and commissioning of TWS washing plants globally.

The Gold package provides an experienced TWS site engineer who will work closely with the distributor/customer’s team to assist and/or supervise the complete installation of the plant. In addition, this package offers on-site plant commissioning and training on the TWS equipment being installed.

The Platinum package comprises a complete turnkey service delivered by a dedicated TWS engineering team, include total planning and management of all aspects associated with the installation and commissioning of the plant.

John Bracken, general operations manager with Duo plc, TWS distributors in England and Wales, said ‘4Site’ would be something Duo would certainly be using. ‘We regularly have numerous installations happening simultaneously and the various packages offered through this new project-management service can only enhance our offering to our customers,’ he said.

Echoing these comments, Enrico Kallmyer, a sales manager with German distributors Christophel, said ‘4Site’ was another display of vision from the team at TWS. ‘I look forward to using this new project-management service on future installations in Germany,’ he commented.

Speaking after the launch announcement, project manager Garry Stewart said he was very encouraged by the positive response from TWS’s distributor network to the ‘4Site’ project-management packages. ‘Our distributors are very keen to use this new service and to date we are currently working on a number of installations in the UK, Europe and the US.

‘We are dedicated to providing a cost-effective and timely service to our distributor network. The modular concept of our wash plants with their pre-plumbed and pre-wired features mean they have been designed for rapid deployment, which we fully plan to capitalize on with TWS ‘4Site’.’
