Utranazz to unveil the Semix Mobile 60

Rapid concrete batching plant

UK launch of new rapid batching plant to take place at The Concrete Show 2016 in March

CONCRETE equipment specialists Utranazz will be using The UK Concrete Show 2016, which takes place at the NEC Birmingham from 17–18 February, to unveil their new Semix Mobile 60 wet batching plant.

The ‘plug-and-play’ Mobile 60 is completely pre-assembled, including an integrated control cabin, can be up and running within 24 hours of arrival on site. It has also been designed for quick and easy transportation via coupling to the back of any tractor unit.

Capable of batching one cubic metre of wet concrete in 60 seconds (60 cubic metres per hour), the Mobile 60 is designed for suppliers of ready-mixed concrete and for large construction sites that require a fully homogenized mix.

The plant is quipped with two separate conveyor belts to allow faster batching – one belt is used to weigh the aggregates while the other simultaneously feeds the single-shaft mixer, thus allowing for precise measurement of raw materials and continual loading even while batching.

All components of the Mobile 60 can be managed via three different operating systems: a desktop computer; a manual control panel; or an Android app.

Moreover, use of the ProkserNET software system allows the user to monitor and control all aspects of the plant, including creating and storing formulas, batching reports and delivery notes. The software can even be integrated with accounting programs to allow auto-invoicing.
