Two key appointments at Bay-Lynx UK
Company marks one year of southern operations with two new appointments in Basingstoke
TWELVE months on from the successful launch of Bay-Lynx Manufacturing’s second UK location, the company has announced two key appointments to strengthen customer support across the South of England.
Joining the Bay-Lynx team in Basingstoke is Steve Hethershaw, who takes up the role of parts manager (South). With decades of experience in the sector – including four years as parts manager with Premier MBP – Mr Hethershaw brings deep technical knowledge and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Also joining the team is Craig Beard, who steps into the role of workshop fitter/engineer. His background spans over 43 years in mechanical engineering, six of which were spent at Premier MBP, focusing on breakdowns and new mixer builds. In addition to his workshop role, Mr Beard will provide mobile support to Bay-Lynx customers across the South, offering practical expertise where it is needed most.
UK managing director Michael Barr said: ‘We are delighted to introduce our two new team members, who bring with them a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for supporting customers and ensuring an effortless experience when dealing with Bay-Lynx.
‘It’s been 12 months since we opened the Basingstoke facility, and the response from customers across all brands of volumetric mixers has been staggering. With the addition of Steve and Craig, our team is invigorated with a mix of skills and experience that further demonstrates our commitment to the UK volumetric industry.’
