Telestack launch ‘largest track-mounted mobile conveyor’

Telestack say their brand-new TCL 2031 tracked-mounted mobile conveyor is the largest of its kind in the market Telestack say their brand-new TCL 2031 tracked-mounted mobile conveyor is the largest in the market

New TCL 2031 unit handles up to 2,500 tonnes/h with improved efficiency, mobility, and reduced operating costs

TELESTACKa global leader in the supply of bulk material handling equipmenthave introduced the TCL 2031 tracked conveyor, which, the company says, is the largest tracked-mounted mobile conveyor currently available. More importantly, the new model sets a benchmark for high-capacity material handling, combining exceptional strength, versatility, and efficiency.

Developed from the proven success of the TCL 1031 stacker, the TCL 2031 has been engineered to meet the demands of high-capacity crushing and screening operations, and continues Telestack’s legacy of market-leading design and performance.

While the TCL 1031 handles up to 1,000 tonnes/h (1,100 tons/h) for 0–300mm primary jaw crusher applications, the new TCL 2031 pushes capacity further – handling between 1,500 and 2,500 tonnes/h (1,650–2,750 tons/h).

Built for flexibility, the new tracked conveyor offers a reliable, high-throughput stacking solution for large stockyards, contract sites, and short-term projects. Designed for maximum efficiency, the TCL 2031 can handle feed sizes up to 400mm from high-capacity primary crushers.

It can form conical stockpiles of more than 6,200 tonnes (3,877m³), reducing double handling, wheel loader movements, and fuel consumption – delivering a lower cost per tonne and continuous plant operation.
Fully track-mounted for fast repositioning, the TCL 2031 folds hydraulically to a transport length of 17.68m and height of 4.38m, with setup times under 30min. It can also be containerized for long-haul shipping.

Power options include integrated Stage V/Stage III diesel-hydraulic engines from Caterpillar (130hp) or Deutz (100hp) or an all-electric drive via Telestack’s ‘Electric Wrap Drive’ system, enabling plug-in efficiency from on-site or auxiliary power sources. A ‘zero’ all-electric version is also available for sites requiring diesel-free operation.

With its 1,400mm belt, heavy-duty mining-grade components, and high mobility, the TCL 2031 fills a key gap in the market for quarries, mining, and aggregate operations needing a powerful, mobile stacking solution for high-capacity crusher output – combining productivity, flexibility, and reduced operating costs in one advanced machine.
