SHAPA Conference 2011
One-day event for all those involved in the supply and use of solids handling equipment
THE SHAPA Powder and Bulk Solids Handling Industry Conference 2011, organized by the Solids Handling and Processing Association and aimed at both suppliers and users of solids handling equipment, will take place in Loughborough on Tuesday 18 October.
Delegates will hear keynote addresses pointing to the future for the UK economy from Pamela Wright of the Bank of England, how to exploit export opportunities by Tim Jelly of UKTI, and how to minimize legal liability risk by Simon Bates of Harvey Ingram LLP.
Participants will then be able to select individual sessions from two parallel streams of presentations covering the latest ideas and thinking on solids handling, including fan selection and acoustic techniques, and hear about the requirements of the minerals industry.
Structured discussion groups will allow delegates to benefit from fellow delegates’ experiences on specific presentation topics, together with the opportunity to speak with SHAPA members who will be illustrating their company’s capabilities at table-top displays.
