Recycling company choose Kramer wheel loader

Every year, Schuler Rohstoff GmbH process approximately 150,000 tonnes of waste at their site in Singen, in southern Germany. To this end, the company’s new Kramer wheel loader has proved an invaluable aid with its wide array of tool attachments.

The family business uses Kramer wheel loaders for a range of jobs such as cleaning, clearing and moving scrap material.

Gerhard Seliger, workshop manager, commented: ‘Having already deployed a Kramer wheel loader on our parent site, and being extremely satisfied with it, we had no hesitation in acquiring another Kramer wheel loader for the Singen site’.

The 680T wheel loader was initially unveiled at the Bauma 2010 exhibition. It is part of Kramer’s 80 premium series and can be equipped to meet the specific needs of customers. With its extra stacking height and reach, the 680T is a favourite in the recycling business. With the boom in its extended position, the new wheel loader can reach a stacking height of 4.5m, making it suitable for loading high-sided trucks and shredders. Its compact dimensions allow it to be used for stacking wherever space is at a premium.

The range of options available include: an auxiliary control circuit for front-tool attachments, pivoting forks, street cleaner, snow plough, boom guard and foam-filled tyres.
