Powerscreen to exhibit at Intermat 2012

XH500 impactor and Warrior 2400 screen to be showcased at Paris show

Powerscreen will be exhibiting some of their most popular equipment on their stand in Hall 3, Booth D140 at Intermat, Paris, from 16-21 April 2012.

Powerscreen will display the XH500 impact crusher and the Warrior 2400 screen. Commenting on the forthcoming line up at Intermat, Damian Power, Powerscreen global product line director, said: ‘By exhibiting two of Powerscreen’s largest machines – the XH500 impactor and our largest ever screen, the Warrior 2400, we are demonstrating how we can meet the needs of the aggregates and mining segments not just in France but across the world. We look forward to meeting with customers and discussing the features and benefits of our equipment at the 2012 Intermat exhibition.’

The XH500 horizontal shaft impact crusher represents the latest generation of highly versatile track mobile crusher, designed for processing large volumes of soft to medium-hard primary and secondary materials such as natural rock and construction-derived materials including asphalt, recycling and demolition waste. The XH500 has been designed for excellent reduction and maximum throughput of up to 500 tonnes/h (550 US tons/h). It is suited to contract crushing due to its high productivity and ease of set-up, operation and maintenance. Key features include vibrating pan feeder, double-deck live pre-screen, feeder load-management system, under pan feeder, efficient crusher direct-drive system, crusher hydraulic overload protection, hydraulic raise and lower product conveyor for rebar removal, new PLC control system and class-leading stockpiling capacities.

The Warrior 2400 is the largest machine in the company’s Warrior range and is designed for large-scale operators in the quarrying and mining sectors. It is capable of handling larger feed sizes and has an output potential of up to 800 tonnes/h (881 US tons/h). It features a heavy-duty incline screen with a high amplitude triple shaft drive mechanism, lending it to screening, scalping, two- or three-way splitting and stockpiling materials like aggregates, topsoil, coal, construction, demolition waste and iron ore.

User benefits include a slide-out tail conveyor facility to aid media access and a load-sensing collection conveyor circuit to avoid blockages. The Warrior 2400 is suitable for large-scale end users who require a high performing versatile screener that remains easy to transport, set-up, operate and maintain.

Powerscreen invite Intermat attendees to visit them at booth D140 in the mining and aggregates Hall 3 to receive first-hand information on Powerscreen products and to meet members of the Powerscreen sales and customer support teams and representatives from Powerscreen’s French and Belgian distributors: ACCM; Catecom; Framateq; Mégamat, Starloc and Van der Spek.
