New Sandvik Construction website goes live

Sandvik's new website

Easily navigable new website set to become a major resource for global construction industry

SANDVIK have announced the launch of a brand new Sandvik Construction website, developed to reflect the specific needs and requirements of the company’s customers throughout the world.

Easily navigable, with simple yet concise features, the new website has been developed to serve as the primary communication portal for Sandvik Construction’s customers, industry professionals, distributors and the global construction media.

Through the use of the latest web-based technology, the new site contains features that customers have specifically asked for and will be more easily adaptable to their changing needs.

It has been developed to provide customers with information that is tailored to their specific requirements, wherever they are in the world and whatever their business and application.

In addition, specific dealer portals and access areas have been created to allow distributors to gain information more easily. This will also be of direct benefit to customers by ensuring improved levels of communication, customer service and aftermarket care.

Commenting on the new website, Satu Rämö, global marketing communication manager, commented: ‘Our customers want to know about our latest developments, find information about how our equipment may help them, and read news and case stories from around the world, to ensure their investment with us is maximized.

‘However, the website is not just a tool for us to communicate messages to our customers, it is also a way to develop a two-way relationship that will allow our customers and dealers to enhance their relationship with us.’

The new website can be found at: www.construction.sandvik.com/
