New mixing buckets from Bobcat

A NEW improved and extended range of mixing buckets is now available for Bobcat compact loaders and the T2250 telehandler. The buckets have been designed to give users the ability to mix, transport and pour concrete and cement more quickly than with a stand-alone mixer.

The mixing buckets offer two types of discharge: the ‘traditional’ method by tipping the bucket forward to empty it; or by using the side discharge system (with or without a tube) allowing the operator to place the desired amount of mixed material exactly where they want it.

The existing 250-litre MB250SD mixing bucket, in particular, has been improved and now comes standard with a round top grate, a concrete bag cutter, a foldable side step and an improved auger design.  The latter offers higher strength and durability, a better balance mixture and a greater discharge to minimize residues left in the bucket.  These same features are also available on the new 200-litre MB200SD mixing bucket, which has been added to the range and is approved for use on Bobcat compact loaders from the S150 skid-steer loader and above.

Another addition to the range is a new version of the MB250SD mixing bucket featuring a Quick-Tach system intended for use on Bobcat’s smallest telehandler – the T2250.
