Roger Evans replaces Kate Hartigan as managing director of precision bearing manufacturer

PRECISION bearing specialists Schaeffler (UK) Ltd have announced the appointment of a new managing director. As of 31 July 2013, Roger Evans has taken over duties and responsibilities from Kate Hartigan, who is retiring after serving more than 19 years at the company.

Kate Hartigan, who was appointed managing director of Schaeffler UK in 1999, will begin a phased retirement on 1 August 2013. From August to December 2013, she will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
