New concrete mixing plant for smaller budgets

Liebherr LCM 1.0 concrete mixing plant

Liebherr introduce economical, transport-optimized LCM 1.0 capable of outputs up to 60 cubic metres per hour

REACTING to growing market demand for a smaller, transport-optimized concrete mixing plant to suit smaller budgets, Liebherr have responded with the introduction of their new LCM 1.0 – a robust and reliable mixing plant that is said to be economical to purchase, transport, install and operate.

In addition to stationary use, pre-assembled sub-assemblies and steel foundations allow the plant to be relocated from site to site with ease using just two containers.

The plant’s proven Liebherr ring-pan mixing system delivers an output of up to 60 cubic metres per hour, whilst various aggregate silos with storage capacities from 40 to 100 cubic metres are available, along with up to three 100-tonne cement silos.

Thanks to its intuitive control system, operation of the plant via a laptop is easy, say Liebherr.
A variety of optional equipment, including moisture measurement, an ice scale, cladding, and a control container, among others, is also available.

Quick and easy to assembly with minimal foundation work, the robust and fully galvanized LCM 1.0 is designed to ensure long service life, whilst its spacious stairs and platforms provide easy access for cleaning and service work.
