New Belgian office for ROTEX Europe
ROTEX Europe’s office in Belgium has moved to a new location to support the company’s growth and to provide better customer service, an expanded parts inventory and a new screening laboratory.
Located in Wavre and offering twice the space of the previous facility, ROTEX say the new office improves their commercial service capabilities with increased staff support, including new customer service representatives in the aftermarket and spare parts departments, and more spare parts are now available from stock, including commonly requested parts such as mesh cleaning balls and connectors.
The new office also incorporates a larger laboratory allowing the company to increase its testing services. Free material testing services conducted under simulated process conditions are available to help customers select the proper screening equipment and optimum screen openings and machine settings for their applications.
