New Australian dealer for Sandvik

Sandvik appoint Precisionscreen as exclusive Australian dealer for tracked mobile crushers and screens

HAVING worked in close partnership with Precisionscreen for the last seven years, Sandvik have appointed the Australian company as their exclusive dealer for the sales and aftermarket service of their complete ‘U’ and ‘Q’ ranges of track-mounted mobile crushers and screens.

‘Precisionscreen have continually impressed with their ability to stock machines and spares in strategic locations throughout Australia, and their market coverage and knowledge is second to none,’ said Ciaran Ryan, area sales manager for Sandvik Mobile Crushers and Screens. ‘They are renowned for their customer service and will always ‘go that extra mile’ to ensure customer satisfaction.’

Founded in Brisbane in 1986, Precisionscreen were originally established as manufacturers of screening, crushing and washing equipment, and have grown from a small family company employing just two employees, to a company which now employs more than 50 personnel at its head office in Queensland and three other offices in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.

Harold Kerr, founder and managing director of Precisionscreen, said: ‘This new contract will allow us to service the high-end operator and will give us more opportunities in Australia to establish ourselves as market leaders. We will be increasing our market coverage, staff training and number of technicians and sales representatives in the field to ensure we keep up with the growth in demand for these high-production machines.’
