Company introduces two-year warranty on solid and split roller bearings and slewing rings

REVOLVO Ltd, manufacturers of very large bearings, split roller bearings and bespoke slewing rings, have announced a market-leading 24-month warranty across all their UK- manufactured products.

According to Revolvo, the new warranty exceeds the next best in the marketplace by a minimum of six months, and by 12 months in the majority of cases.

‘The fact that we have introduced such a comprehensive warranty is evidence of the confidence we have in the quality and reliability of our manufacturing,’ said Adrian Menzies, Revolvo’s sales and marketing director.

‘As an ISO 9001:2000-certified company, Revolvo’s manufacturing facilities are comparable to any large industrial bearing manufacturer worldwide.

‘Our customers are benefiting from the high levels of investment we have made in cellular manufacturing, including the latest state-of-the-art CNC machining centres.

‘Today, our bearing production is separated into cellular-based product groups, which optimize our manufacturing standards and responsiveness, and enhance our service capability by reducing manufacturing lead times.

‘Our plant is also equipped with the latest CNC co-ordinate measuring machines and extensive metrology and surface measuring equipment.’

The products covered by Revolvo’s 24-month warranty are large solid bearings (standard and bespoke) and SRB split roller bearings in sizes up to 1,500mm outside diameter. Also covered by the warranty are bespoke slewing rings in sizes from 300mm to 4,500mm diameter.
