Kemroc enhance and expand on all levels

German attachments manufacturer strengthens product portfolio and extends factory HQ

EXCAVATOR attachments manufacturer Kemroc launched a major product offensive in 2020 by expanding their range of milling machines and cutter wheels for excavators and backhoe loaders. To keep pace with growth in sales, Germany-based Kemroc are also expanding their Hämbach premises to allow more space for warehousing, production, design, and administration.

With a comprehensive product range based around core products including the patented chain cutter, combined with well-grounded aftermarket support and strong customer service, the company can offer customers around the world a comprehensive package of attachments, technical advice and service.

Klaus Ertmer, managing director of Kemroc, commented: ‘Thanks to the high performance, flexibility and reliability of our attachments, our products have already proven themselves on all continents.

‘We have improved our well-established range of chain cutters, cutter wheels and diamond saws by increasing the number of models in each range. With the wider choice on offer, owners of excavators and backhoes now have access to attachments that are even more specifically tailored to their requirements.’

Having developed new product innovations throughout 2020, the Kemroc range is now made up of 17 product groups including milling cutters, cutters wheels and saws as well as a wide range of other consumables.

The enlarged product catalogue also includes the KRM range of rotation modules with stepless, endless rotation which covers excavators with operating weights from 2 to 70 tons. For sawing applications, the KDS range of diamond saws has been expanded to include the more powerful KDS 50 HD unit. Kemroc have also confirmed their KTR range of trenchers will be strengthened with the addition of the new KTR 65 trencher attachment by the end of the year.

To provide increased manufacturing capabilities for the company’s growing product portfolio and continuing its strategy of internalization on the market, a 1,100 sq m warehouse was built last year at its Hämbach headquarters and work has now commenced on a new 500 sq m assembly hall for the very large KSI injection attachments.

‘In the last couple of years, Kemroc has grown from being a manufacturer of specialized excavator attachments to be a well-stocked supplier of a large range of excavator attachments,’ said Mr Ertmer.

‘Together with customers, we want to continue developing our machines into the future. As a privately owned, medium-sized company, we will always remain on an equal footing with our customers and dealers.’
