ISO certification for Canning Conveyor

Upgraded quality-management standard for Worksop-based bulk handling plant and equipment manufacturer

CANNING Conveyor have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certification in recognition of the Worksop-based company’s ongoing commitment to customer service and the quality of its bulk handling products and equipment.

Alan Duffty, certified lead auditor for Quality Assurance Systems (QAS) International, said: ‘Canning Conveyor are well versed in the understanding of quality-management requirements; this was well demonstrated by all the staff I talked to.

‘The systems in place are of a very high standard…and it is evident that they have a continuous design, process and procedure improvement regime.’

The ISO-approved administration systems apply to the design, manufacture and installation of bulk handling equipment, as well as the stocking and distribution of conveyor belting, rollers and ancillary equipment.

Andrew Canning (pictured fourth from right), chairman and managing director of Canning Conveyor, said he was extremely proud of his team, who had worked hard to achieve the upgrade.

‘This certification demonstrates how Canning Conveyor are committed to quality and service, operating with commitment and compliance to quality standards, from receiving and processing enquiries to the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of bulk handling equipment,’ he commented.
