Improved model from Tesab

Tesab 623CT

The 623CT mobile impact crusher from Tesab (pictured) has been on the market for many years and its success and performance is evident from the high residuals in the second-hand market. However, the highly versatile unit now benefits from many manufacturer improvements in terms of design and output capacity.

The latest machines are fitted with a Cat C9 (275hp) engine, and by re-designing material flow through the crusher, the machine’s output has been increased by up to 50%. Tesab say this has been achieved while still ensuring optimum quality of crushed material in terms of cubic shape.

Also, in line with stricter transport regulations, the ability to move the 26-tonne unit between job sites on a regular basis has been made easier, as the 623CT now features a hydraulic folding hopper, which brings the transport height down to less than 3.4m in under 10min. The crusher also benefits from many options including screenbox, reject grid, pre-screen, bogie system and closed-circuit conveyor.

Tesab say the 623CT unit will easily integrate into any crushing and screening system for crushing oversize, closing a circuit with a two- or three-deck screening plant, or receiving feed from a primary jaw crusher. It can be fed by wheel loader, excavator, screen or crusher, and is capable of crushing a wide range of materials.
