Caroline Wilde promoted to new position of divisional director – Commercial and Industrial

HILLS Waste Solutions have strengthened their senior operations team with the promotion of Caroline Wilde to divisional director – Commercial and Industrial, effective 1 August 2025.    

Commenting on her new appointment, Ms Wilder, a long-serving business project manager with the Swindon-based business, said: ‘I’m incredibly proud to take on the role of divisional director – Commercial and Industrial. Having spent 25 years in the waste sector, I’ve seen first-hand how vital this industry is to communities, businesses, and the environment. 

 

‘Hills has been a huge part of my journey, and I’m grateful for the trust placed in me to lead this next chapter. Our customers remain at the heart of everything we do, and I’m excited to work with the fantastic team to drive smart, sustainable growth – building on our strengths and unlocking new opportunities for the future.’
