Finnish recycling firm turns to ALLU Transformer attachments

ALLU processing bucket

Remeo increase recycling efficiency and productivity with new D-Series processing buckets

ATTACHMENT specialists ALLU have helped boost the recycling operations and productivity of waste-management and environmental firm Remeo. The company – which employs around 350 people – processes waste materials at nine recycling facilities throughout Finland and it owns and operates a specialist fleet of waste-processing equipment

The ALLU Transformer series consists of excavator/loader/tractor-mounted processing buckets that screen, pulverize, aerate, blend, mix, separate, crush and load materials, effectively transforming the feed material into valuable products.

Catering for applications of all sizes and capable of processing any material that can be screened and sorted, the ALLU Transformer series includes the compact DL- and D-Series as well as the larger M- and G-Series.  All buckets are designed to enhance materials handling and recycling for companies with a need to improve its efficiency and profitability.

Remeo’s recent investment in the ALLU buckets have been mounted on a number of their excavators and loaders so that they can maximize the utilization of their equipment fleet. The D-Series processing buckets have enhanced not only the recycling capabilities of the business but also allowed Remeo to reap the environmental and cost benefits.

With an improved recycling operation, the company is now particularly effective in dealing with demolition waste and recycling asphalt. More construction and demolition material is being processed, reused and sold back to the market, reducing Remeo’s landfill costs while increasing their bottom line and environmental credentials.
