PLACES are currently available for a one-day course that will provide a comprehensive and practical introduction to environmental management and ISO 14001:2004 for managers at all levels.

Taking place at ECUS’ offices in Sheffield on 19 September and again on 28 November 2007, the course will cover: the main environmental issues facing organizations; an introduction to environmental legislation; practical sessions on undertaking an environmental review; how to identify environmental aspects and impacts; and how to implement ISO 14001:2004.

The practical exercises held during the day will be used to help reinforce the topics covered in the taught sessions.
