"RMC Group plc have completed the sale of their concrete products operations in the Netherlands. The disposal proceeds will be used to reduce Group debt. In addition, an agreement has been entered into for the sale of the Group’s ready-mixed concrete and aggregates operations in Belgium, subject to regulatory approval."
