Decade of FORS gold for Hanson

Hanson FORS

Company celebrates 10 consecutive years of Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme gold accreditation

THIS year is the tenth since FORS started awarding its gold accreditation and Hanson are one of just five companies to have held this highest standard since the beginning.

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme is a voluntary certification which aims to raise the level of quality within fleet operations and demonstrate which operators are achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency and environmental protection.

Gold accreditation is only awarded to those that meet the exacting standards and, of the 309 FORS Gold members, only five have maintained this top level for 10 consecutive years.

‘The FORS gold award demonstrates that we continue to take safety and compliance extremely seriously,’ said Hanson’s quality and compliance manager, Annie Green.

‘It is testament to the commitment of our team that we have maintained this top level of accreditation for the last decade and we will strive to continue to do so.

‘Being a FORS Gold member gives our customers confidence that we operate our fleet to the very highest standards.’
