Britpave publications
Formed in 1991, The British In-Situ Concrete Paving Association (Britpave) has a broad international membership base that includes: contractors; academics; consulting engineers and designers; and suppliers of plant, equipment and materials.
The Association is active in all areas of transport infrastructure, from airfields and roads through to rail, soil stabilization and sustainability. To keep members abreast of the latest technical developments, Britpave publishes an array of literature, guidance notes, CDs and reports.
Such publications include: Airfield pavements – Guidance Notes; Cement and other hydraulically bound mixtures; On-line motorway widening with concrete; and Slab track – Life-cycle energy study of railway track beds.
Earlier this year the Association produced a handy A5-size Publications Catalogue, which describes and illustrates all Britpave outputs. For more information contact Britpave on tel: (01276) 33160; fax: (01276) 33170; email: info@britpave.org.uk; or visit: www.britpave.org.uk
