Directories of ready-mixed concrete plants and concrete product sites released by BDS Marketing Research

THE Directory Ready-Mix Concrete Plants in Great Britain (2022) and the Directory of Concrete Product Sites in Great Britain (2022) are now available to purchase from BDS Marketing Research.

This year, more than 1,300 ready-mix concrete plants are identified by BDS as being operational in Great Britain. The ready-mixed concrete plant directory includes site and company details for both batching plants and on-site batching plants (aka volumetric). Over 79% of entries in the directory are for batching plants, with the remainder providing details of companies utilizing volumetric trucks/mobile batching units.

The concrete products site directory includes company name, site details, contact information, and plant type. It includes more than 520 entries and incorporates both market leaders and independent operators serving the concrete products industry.

Both directories are supplied in pdf and excel format for ease of use and filtering of data, whilst a new feature offered this year to support the directories is an online map of Great Britain, pinpointing the locations of all identified ready-mixed concrete plants and concrete product sites for 2022. The maps provide site name, company name, site address, and plant type and are only accessible from purchased BDS directories.

BDS say the directories provide essential reading for companies wishing to obtain a current understanding of the market and can be utilized to identify acquisitions and competitor activity, and to generate new sales.
