ATLAS Copco Berema AB and Atlas Copco Holding GmbH are to acquire hydraulic demolition tool manufacturers Krupp Berco Bautechnik GmbH, part of Thyssen Krupp Technologies AG, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is subject to approval by regulatory authorities.
