Agriemach unveil new dirty diesel decontaminator

Agriepure diesel decontaminator

Latest Agriepure system features unique filter design to remove up to 95% of solid contaminants

DIRTY diesel is a never-ending and expensive problem for many industries that rely on a clean supply of diesel for their plant and equipment.

According to Agriemach, their new Agriepure diesel decontaminator, which requires no replacement filter elements, has been designed to remove up to 95% of solid contaminants down to 30 microns and 99.9% of visible water, including emulsified water that may be in the fuel.

Utilizing an entirely new and unique filter design, this system will provide a viable solution to the problem of water and particulate contamination in diesel. Agriepure’s Teflon-coated steel filter is completely reusable and only requires cleaning when flow is reduced due to particulate contaminants.

A second filter is available to avoid any downtime while the filter element is being cleaned. The diesel decontaminator is fitted with a water drain valve for ease of drainage and no tools are required to maintain the filter.

The units are available for flow rates ranging from 70 litres/h up to a maximum 560 litres/h.
