Advanced crushing technology from BL-Pegson

"BL-Pegson have announced that all new 900 and 1300 Autocones and the 1300 Automax now feature the company’s ‘advanced crushing technology’, using the same proven technology as the 1000 Automax."

"The new design and engineering features on the Autocone and Automax models provide improved production, operating and maintenance benefits. The upper frame can be removed from the mainframe within a few minutes, ready for liner changes, without undoing any bolts. There is no top bearing to remove and there are no exposed seals or bearings as the cone mantle is replaced in situ without removing the cone head."

"Advanced bearing and sealing arrangements and heavy-duty design ensure crusher longevity. The all-roller bearing design produces an efficient crushing action with power inputs available to suit customer’s specific requirements. The lubrication system is complete with oil heater for cold weather and oil cooler for warmer conditions, with safety cut-outs for low oil pressure, high oil temperature, or low oil flow."

"Standard push-button controls and an LCD display include: direct readout and changes of CSS while crushing; linear wear readout; hours run; and tramp metal overload counter. One simple hydraulic system controls all functions for adjustment, locking, tramp-metal release and reset."
