Brindley Chains have announced the official launch of the grade 10 Winner chain sling programme from Pewag.
Although it has been available in Germany for some time Brindley Chains delayed introduction in the UK until a comprehensive range of components was available from stock. The main benefits of grade 10, against grade 8, are increased strength and durability. Various configurations are available with or without in-line shortners for single or multi-leg chain slings, depending on the requirements of the user.
Most of the popular Nicroman grade 8 components have been upgraded to grade 10 and can be used to repair existing grade 8 chain slings without modification. Several new components are now available including the first 100%-rated grade 10 grab hook that is also available with a security pin to prevent accidental displacement of the chain.
