Essential Skills for Weighbridge Operators - Essex

One-day course from MP Skills designed for employees who work in a customer-facing role including and involving weighbridge duties and partial or full involvement with site activities. The course will provide a good foundation in safety knowledge including understanding the requirements for controlling vehicle and visitor safety. A number of core skills are embedded throughout the course on how to deal effectively with customers, communication, service and learning to deal with conflict.
