New appointment at Raymond Brown

Chartered Minerals Surveyor Robert Westell appointed as new estates and planning director

RAYMOND Brown Aggregates have announced the appointment of Robert Westell as estates and planning director.

Mr Westell, a Chartered Minerals Surveyor, joins the Hampshire-based firm from Aggregate Industries, where he was based for more than 17 years and held responsibility for the Planning and Estates Department across the UK, the Channel Islands and Norway.

Raymond Brown say his appointment comes at a time when the business has several projects in the pipeline.

Mr Westell will lead on planning strategy within the business, focusing on developing existing sites and new areas of opportunity, whilst ensuring that as plans evolve, and throughout, community engagement remains a key priority.
