Walkersteel acquire Torver

Blackburn-based Walkersteel Ltd, the well known steel stockholders, have acquired the intellectual property rights and designs of Torver Engineering Ltd.

A new company, Torver Environmental, is now operating as a division of Walkersteel from offices in Blackburn (Walker House, St Ives Business Park, St Ives Road, Blackburn BB1 2BX; tel: (01254) 586637; fax: (01254) 586622) and Cumbria (Hale Bank, Hale, Milnthorpe LA7 7BL; tel: (01539) 740555; fax: (01539) 740005; email: enquiries@torver.co.uk). All technical and engineering staff have been retained.
