Utranazz introduce the K960

Utranazz K960 mobile concrete batching plant

Company to launch fully mobile wet concrete batching plant with load-cell weighing system at UK Concrete Show 2019

UTRANAZZ, the concrete equipment specialists, will use The UK Concrete Show 2019 to launch one of the UK’s only fully mobile wet concrete batching plants equipped with a load-cell weighing system.

The K960 has a special weighing system to ensure accuracy to ±2%. Such precision ensures delivery of an extremely homogenous product, allowing the user to easily achieve quality accreditation.

The plant is capable of producing concrete, screed, mortar, cold asphalt and reinforced concrete at outputs of up to 60 cubic metres per hour and offers a variety of mounting options for any mobile vehicle, including truck, trailer and rail bogey.

The plant can also be supplied as a static unit or with hydraulic off-loading legs for optimum flexibility and mobility.

The K960’s special load-cell weighing system measures the quantity of cement and aggregates, ensuring accurate and repeatable mix designs. This, say Utranazz, makes the K960 ideal for both small and large pours.

The plant is fitted with two independent conveyor belts for delivery of two different aggregates or sand, allowing the operator to quickly interchange between batching concrete and then screed, for example.

The final mix is discharged via a single 12in x 9in auger that slews through 180 and can be inclined at up to 35 to increase the unloading height.

The extreme mobility and versatility of the K960 make particularly suitable for companies in the construction, road, infrastructure, ready-mixed concrete, precast and recycling sectors, among others.

The plant is available in four different models with capacities ranging from 4 cubic metres to 12 cubic metres and outputs from 30 to 60 cubic metres per hour.
