Terex Washing Systems returning to their roots and getting closer to customers in core local market

TEREX Washing Systems (TWS) are returning to their roots having decided to sell their extensive range of washing solutions directly to customers in Ireland.

The company says it is committed to providing outstanding support and expertise in this core market, which is currently buoyant and in a period of growth.

TWS’s team of technical experts and experienced engineers will have direct contact with Irish customers to develop bespoke solutions, assist with installations and provide high levels of after-sales support, to maximize production and minimize downtime.

And given the location of the company’s headquarters in Ireland, TWS believe they are well placed logistically to serve the Irish market, making it easy to visit customers, provide local service and local parts.

Oliver Donnelly, TWS business line director, commented: ‘Direct selling in Ireland presents us with a fantastic opportunity to get back to our roots and get close to our customers in our local market.

‘TWS have witnessed very strong growth across the water in the UK and wish to establish and facilitate similar growth in Ireland.

‘Part of the company’s strategy involves developing ‘partnerships’ to allow us to work closely with Irish customers, so they can assist with product development initiatives.

‘We are keen to develop Ireland as the ‘showroom’ of the globe, introducing a range of wet-processing solutions to our customers, which will invariably also assist our global sales effort.’

Garry Stewart, TWS sales manager for Ireland, added: ‘We are very excited at what lies ahead and look forward to getting focused in our home ground.’
