DISAB Vacloader

DISAB Group to showcase truck-mounted vacuum units for the first time at UK’s quarrying and recycling show

The world’s most powerful vacloader, the DISAB LN 200 Centurion HT, is going to be exhibited at Hillhead 2012. It is the first time the DISAB Group from Sweden have showcased one of their truck-mounted units at the UK’s premier quarrying and recycling show, and professionals from around the world will be able to see why DISAB claim that there is ‘Nothing like a DISAB!’

DISAB make and supply the world’s most powerful truck-mounted vacuum units for suction-based waste removal as well as blowing and tipping dry and wet materials. DISAB's vacuum units are primarily used for removing all types of sludge, slurries, filter cakes and sediments, as well as dry materials such as grains, grit and powders. The benefits of the DISAB units include: low noise level, a unique filter solution and a high-tip capacity, which is why the UK’s leading industrial contractors all have fleets of the multi-capable and highly versatile DISABs.

Key members of the DISAB team will be at Hillhead, including Eric Hardegard, CEO, Gerry Campbell, and Andrew Ainsworth who heads up the DISAB service and support operation in the UK.

Eric Hardegard is looking forward to his first ever visit to Hillhead: ‘Our UK customers have used DISAB units for many years. Through their highly professional operation of our class-leading vacloaders, DISAB have acquired a terrific reputation for delivering unique levels of both suction and blowing power, and for delivering cost-effective and highly efficient solutions for all sorts of industrial waste-management challenges.

‘With the acquisition of Gotland, our Group now has a major presence in the compact industrial vacuum and suction machine sector through the widely admired SkipVACs, BagVACs and TrailerVACs. I’m therefore very excited that the DISAB Group is going to be at Hillhead 2012 and showcasing for the first time the full range of our unique machines to the professionals in the quarrying, waste-management and related industries.’
