The Triscan Group acquire LMS

Liquid Management Solutions

Latest acquisition brings with it fuel-management expertise in the mining and aggregates market segment

THE Triscan Group, the UK’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of fuel-management systems, have acquired Wolverhampton-based Liquid Management Solutions Ltd (LMS), providers of an extensive range of fuel-management systems for more than 15 years with a particularly strong presence within the mining and aggregates sector.

Managing director of the group, Andrea Whittaker, said: ‘Our goal at The Triscan Group is to deliver the best fuelling solutions for our clients through our network of fuel-management experts. LMS bring an expertise in the mining and aggregates market segment that will add further value to the Group.’

 

The Triscan Group were originally formed in 2013 when two of the UK’s leading fuel-management providers, Triscan Systems and Datatrack, merged. The company expanded further in 2018 with the acquisition of Timeplan Fuel Solutions Ltd.

Offering an advanced and competitive solution to a wide variety of customers who bulk store fuel, the Group has the ability to tailor totally integrated solutions to on-site fuel-management services through its UK-wide network of engineers.
