Terex Finlay bolster crusher range

Terex Finlay have strengthened their range of products with the introduction of the I-1310R impact crusher. Officially launched at the Intermat show earlier in the year, the I-1310R is specifically designed for the recycling industry and complements Finlay’s existing crusher range.

Fitted with a 1,000mm x 1,000mm Krupp Hazemag APP1010GA impactor chamber, the I-1310R is mounted on a heavy-duty undercarriage for strength and on-site mobility. A hydrostatic-drive system provides continuous monitoring and accurate control of the rotor speed.

The standard version has a hopper capacity of 5m3, while an 8m3 feed hopper option is also available incorporating hydraulically folding extensions. Built with 10mm Hardox walls, the hopper also includes an integral pre-screen.

Positioned below the crusher chamber is an integral under-crusher vibratory feeder that discharges on to a 900mm product conveyor belt, making it suitable for recycling applications.

The I-1310R is fitted with an advanced CANbus-compliant electronic control system. Five simple operating modes and a graphical user interface add to its simplicity of use. The compact 34-tonne I-1310R is powered by a Cat C9 engine and is designed for ease of transport and rapid set up. Additional options include: an overband magnet, belt weigher, radio remote control and optional bypass conveyor.

Terex Finlay will be introducing further impact crushers throughout the year, including a re-circulating screen version. Quarry-specific machines will also be available without the under-crusher vibratory feeder.
