Savills strengthen Minerals and Waste Management team

SAVILLS, the UK-based international real estate advisers, have announced the appointment of Ralph Goodenough to their Minerals and Waste Management Department.

Mr Goodenough joins the Savills team as a graduate surveyor providing support to Martin Ott and Alan Hamilton.

Prior to joining Savills Mr Goodenough completed an MA in Property Valuation and Law at Sir John Cass Business School, in London, and worked for a firm of chartered surveyors where he obtained experience in agency and property management.

He is currently studying for his Assessment of Professional Competence with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and for an MSc in Minerals Surveying at Northumbria University.

Martin Ott, head of Savills Minerals and Waste Management Department, said: ‘Ralph’s appointment is testament to the success and continued growth of our team and we are delighted to have him on board.

‘Mineral extraction and waste management are increasingly specialized fields so finding the right candidate was essential.’

The Chelmsford-based Savills team offers advice on all matters related to mineral and waste property, including valuation, development and management, to landowners and corporate clients throughout the UK.
