New Arco website features improved navigation, more product advice and a product advisor function

ARCO have launched their new website featuring improved navigation and product advice, and a sophisticated product advisor function to help customers find the right safety equipment for the job.

With the largest range of safety products available, the new Arco website is an excellent reference tool for safety managers, business owners and workers seeking advice and a wide range of safety clothing, equipment and tools online.

The website has been given a modern streamlined look, specifically designed to improve the customer’s experience. An improved layout and navigation system gives customers a quick and simple way of ordering safety products at their convenience.

As experts in safety, Arco have also made selecting the right product for the right job much easier. The new online product advisor function guides customers though a search to ensure they are recommended the appropriate product for the job.

Product pages have also been updated to provide more information on individual products, including technical data sheets and the ability for customers to leave feedback and read other user’s comments.

In addition to the new website upgrade, customers can now browse safety equipment by iPhone with the new app available from iTunes. Customers can view and search through the entire Arco safety product range, find their local Arco branch and call to place orders directly wherever they are, with full access to all products.

Ian Millar, e-business manager with Arco, said: ‘We’re determined to continue to improve the website and make our customers’ experience much more constructive and time effective. We listened to feedback from customers and brought in an industry leading consultant to advise us on best practice, and the result is a website that provides everything our customers might need in a user-friendly format.’
