New aqueous jet-cleaning technology cleans and degreases 10 times faster than conventional systems

COMPONENT degreasing and surface finishing has just received a major boost in speed thanks to Jetkleen – a completely new machine and service concept from Safetykleen.

According to Safetykleen, Jetkleen harnesses the familiar power advantages of aqueous jet cleaning in a compact enclosed cabinet with full operator control and inspection, to deliver matchless cleaning performance around 10 times faster than any conventional system, thereby reducing operator time and cost, improving productivity and shortening turnaround times.

This speed also means less waiting or queuing time to access a machine as well as the ability to address a number of different cleaning tasks within the working day. It is suitable for a wide range of manufacturing and maintenance uses and can cope efficiently with large, heavy items or intricate precision components.

As Jetkleen is an aqueous-driven unit, users enjoy the additional benefits of zero volatile organic compound (VOC) generation (and required measurement) and waste that is not classed as hazardous. Jetkleen also boasts high-efficiency insulation and a standby mode to minimize energy usage.

In common with all Safetykleen machines, the equipment is serviced, fluid is replenished and the waste removed by service representatives at intervals to suit the user’s workflow. These intervals can be adjusted at any time to meet changes in work patterns or flow and maintain cost-efficiency.
