New valves complete heavy-duty range

SPL progressive divider valves

Interlube develop new range of SPL progressive divider valves for the heavy industrial sector

INTERLUBE Systems, a world leader in lubrication solutions, have developed a new range of progressive divider valves which will be launched later this year.

The valves complete the company’s range of products developed to reduce downtime and increase efficiency in the heavy industrial sector.

The heavy-duty products – HDI centralized greasing pumps and SPL progressive divider valves – have been produced for the most arduous, aggressive and demanding industrial applications.

The new valves are built to deliver accurate amounts of lubricant to each connected point without missing a grease point out.

Interlube sales director Keith Horner said: ‘Our customers invest heavily in machines, so naturally they want them to last. Using quality products will maximize the return on their investment.’

Interlube’s HDI pumps ensure that lubrication is consistently and efficiently delivered to the SPL valves, which deliver set amounts of lubricant, in turn, to each connected bearing/pin.

Suitable for most types of grease, including those to NGLI 2 viscosity, the units can generate more than 400 bar pressure if required, enough to overcome resistance caused by tight bearings.

According to Interlube, all pumps within the HDI range are easily installed and can be serviced cost effectively.
