New customer care manager for CDE

Northern Ireland-based company expands sales services with appointment of Jason Kiddle

CDE Global have announced the appointment of Jason Kiddle as customer care manager. He will oversee customer relationships for CDE Global working closely with spare parts manager Kevin Sheehy and service manager Ryan Barker.

The appointment comes following the initial success of the company’s Customer Care initiative, which was launched in the UK and Ireland markets in 2010. The service introduced the ServiceMax package – a suite of support systems designed to help operators maintain optimum production levels and plant efficiency. The aim of the scheme is to establish an ongoing relationship with customers following the sale and commissioning of the plant.

CDE service manager Ryan Barker explained: ‘What our approach does is monitor plant performance on an ongoing basis to ensure efficiency levels are maintained, thus ensuring the final product specifications are not compromised. The end result of all of this work is that the customer is able to secure the maximum commercial value from the maximum volume of material.’

Mr Kiddle will manage the customer care team from CDE’s headquarters in Cookstown, County Tyrone, where a full a range of spare parts are supplied to the company’s global distributor network.
