New Croydon batching plant for EasyMix Concrete

EasyMix Concrete invest in new plant to introduce premium, BSI-approved concrete mixes

EASYMIX Concrete UK Ltd have recently opened a brand new ready-mixed concrete batching plant in Croydon, capable of producing up to 120 cubic metres of premium concrete per hour, in line with British standards.

Moreover, at the end of 2019, the company achieved the globally recognized BSI accreditation for quality and safety in concrete.

In Croydon, the new plant allows EasyMix to work with accelerators, high cement contents, retarders and waterproofing agents, expanding on their already extensive range of concrete materials.

The company says it plans to use this new production capacity to extend its portfolio of commercial clients, which already includes the likes of Chessington World of Adventures, Harrods and RHS Chelsea Flower Show, amongst others.

Commenting on the new facility, Dan Carter, a business executive at EasyMix, said: ‘Our new plant allows us to be more versatile, widening the scope for us to supply concrete for any project or any customer.

‘This, coupled with our BSI accreditation, means that we will be able to hit new levels of quality and efficiency.’
