Proximity warning systems specialist appoints Gareth Evans as business development executive

PROXIMITY warning specialists SiteZone Safety have hired a new business development executive as the business plans its next phase of growth.

PROXIMITY warning system specialists SiteZone Safety have hired Gareth Evans as their new business development executive, at a time when the company is preparing to approach new markets in industrial equipment and construction.

 

Gary Escott, director of SiteZone Safety, said: ‘The SiteZone team is delighted to have Gareth on board. With his wealth of experience and understanding of the safety culture and distribution links that we are trying to cultivate, we look forward to our next phases of growth being enhanced by his input.’

Mr Evans brings with him several years’ experience in distribution, sales and manufacture of specialist equipment across different sectors. The majority of his expertise has been in supply and distribution for off-highway plant and machinery safety systems for vehicular use, for sectors in which SiteZone operates.

Commenting on his new appointment, he said: ‘Joining the SiteZone Safety team is a fresh and new adventure. I’m looking forward to helping them grow, in the spirit of collaboration and innovation that has made SiteZone such a valued safety product.’
