New appointment at CMS Cepcor

Experienced South African national Russell Murray appointed as technical sales manager

CMS Cepcor have appointed Russell Murray, a South African national, as technical sales manager. He brings with him 25 years’ experience of crusher sales, service and spare parts.

Originally starting out with Nordberg in 1994 as an apprentice crusher fitter, Mr Murray (pictured) held positions with both Nordberg and Metso Minerals as repair co-ordinator, repair production planner, repair supervisor, internal sales engineer, area sales manager, product support engineer and crusher repairs manager over a 15-year period.

Since 2009, he has worked for a large quarrying company as a crusher specialist (operating 145 crushers nationally) and, most recently, as sales and service manager for a leading South African aftermarket crusher repair and spare parts business.

Mr Murray has now relocated to the UK and will be based at CMS Cepcor’s facility in Coalville, Leicestershire.
