McCloskey International at AGG1/World of Asphalt

McCloskey I34R compact impact crusher

Manoeuvrability and versatility among key attributes of new products on show next month

VISITORS to AGG1/World of Asphalt 2019, which takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana, from 12–14 February, will get a first look at some of McCloskey International’s newest highly mobile compact products, including the latest addition to the company’s stacker range, the All-Terrain ST80T.

Blending all the benefits of on-site tracked mobility with the high productivity of a radial conveyor, the ST80T features a lift-axle option that allows it to switch from track mode to radial operation in seconds.

McCloskey’s All-Terrain stackers range from 60ft to 150ft and are easily moved from site to site without the need to remove the wheels for transport. Built-in levelling indicators allow operators to position the stacker regardless of ground evenness, with independent hydraulic jack legs to stabilize the machine once in place.

The stackers also feature a unique rear counterweight to counterbalance the tracks and wheels, which are positioned behind the stacker’s centre of gravity. This design, with the radial wheels set well back, allows for a much greater stockpile capacity, whilst the rear counterweight also firmly anchors the tail end of the machine during radial mode, delivering greater stability to the stacker while in operation.

McCloskey International will also be showcasing their I34R compact impact crusher (pictured) as a solution for aggregates producers with big production requirements but needing a small footprint and manoeuvrability. The I34R offers the versatility of a full recirculating system and is particularly well suited to applications in aggregates, construction and demolition recycling, and asphalt recycling.

McCloskey Washing Systems (MWS) will be at AGG1/World of Asphalt to present the latest additions to their CSP (compact sand plant) line, which is designed to deliver superior separation efficiency, produce the driest, drip-free final washed sand product, and produce up to two in-spec sands at rates of up to 250 tonnes/h.

In addition, Lippmann-Milwaukee – a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty aggregate crushing equipment and a member of the McCloskey group of companies – will be introducing their new tracked and wheeled mobile crushers, screeners and stackers, creating a complete product line.
